Amy founded Neon Brand Communications in January 2017, having worked in the PR and Communications industry for more than 15 years. Her past experience has seen her representing some of the world's most renowned consultancies and brands in both a national and international capacity – from major networks such as Freuds and Exposure, to senior in-house appointments at Pernod Ricard, the British Horseracing Authority and Wireless Group, owner of talkSPORT and Virgin Radio.
Amy has developed successful – and award-winning – communications campaigns and strategies for brands including Land Rover, Selfridges, Walkers Crisps, Triumph Motorcycles, Carphone Warehouse, Stolichnaya, Russian Standard Vodka, Opodo and London 2012 Olympic Games. She has led the international communications strategy for Beefeater gin, The Glenlivet and Ballantine’s, including multiple new product launches, influencer strategies, global collaborations and sponsorship activations including the BMW Masters, Ballantine’s Golf Championship and Scottish Open.
She was appointed by the British Horseracing Authority and Great British Racing (then Racing for Change) to centrally manage the promotion of horseracing, for which she swiftly set up a team of specialists to raise the profile of the sport, securing multiple PRCA and PR Week Awards during her tenure. As Communications Director and part of the senior leadership team at Wireless Group, Amy delivered the launch of three new national radio stations in one month – the biggest launch in the company’s history – and single-handedly managed the corporate communications process throughout the business's acquisition by News Corp.
Her experience includes the development and activation of integrated brand and campaign engagement strategies and launches, sponsorship leverage and amplification, and brand collaborations. She is highly proficient in areas such as digital, media relations, corporate profiling and crisis management, trade marketing and stakeholder engagement.
